2) The minimized order variance
Business activities are planned, but accidents are always accompanied by these plans. Those unexpected things happen every day. We have established numerous control points to avoid these accidents, such as: the delay of factory production time, the unexpected damage occurring in manufacturing, the wrong delivery of goods to other cities or even other countries. In the past, we used to solve these problems with safety stock or to avoid similar events as much as possiblehigh with cost logistics. However, the result is only unlimited increase in cost.
As a popular saying goes,"there is truth if there are pictures". CLSC's supply chain system provides this service. As long as you design control points, based on our early intervention, you can let your suppliers upload all image data, video data, logistics document data, etc if you entrust us to control and filter. We will use our expertise to summarize and inform customers of the most critical or unplanned situations in the first place. At the same time, the emergency plan will be given. In this way, we can at least move forward the time of finding problems, and win more time for customers to face accidents, so as to reduce costs and increase competitive advantage.
